Formulas - Photo Lab Effects and Custom Frames App Reviews

I love the formulas...but needs more. How about some that are not so "grunge"? Also needs to be able to stack formulas without having to save and reopen. More image adjustment controls (brightness, contrast, etc.) would be nice as well. Given that this app is the same cost as Stackables...which is fantastic...I dont think Im asking for too much! Then Ill give it all 5 stars!!

This app is a very elementary version of Stackables. It contains 27 beautiful formulas and 22 borders. The lack of options is disappointing to experienced photo editors.

Love what this app allows me to do. I can create professional looking photos with little or no effort. Worth every penny!

I purchased this app that repeatedly sends you to instagram, VERY annoying and wouldnt have purchased if I had known that I would be able to get the master pack in Stackables as a companion app. Witch the video is not helpful at all it is repetitive and unclear I want would I paid for in Stackables & unable to use any formulas because they cant be Set Or maybe they can somewhere in that ridiculous video it might explain the selections on both apps. Or maybe Ill be able to choose to use the master pack I purchased

Really enjoying this app. Love all the filters and the fact they can be adjusted. Hoping that more formulas will be added in future updates. Also, a way to layer the formulas without having to save a photo and reload it to add another formula would be a nice feature.

This is a good app that will get better as the developer refines it. And Samer Azzam & team certainly will. It makes elements of Stackables easier to use, with the sliders for easy adjustment. I dont care about frames, but these are a great assortment. I would add the basic tools - contrast, saturation, highlight, shadow, etc. Then it will get 5 stars from me.

I just bought this app yesterday, and I absolutely love it! Does amazing things to your photos and its fun to experiment with.

I love sister product Stackables and assumed this App would have a similar amount of editing options and possibilities...honestly a bit disappointed that I bought it....

As a longtime Stackables user who has yet to swim in the deepest waters the app provides (and it gives you infinite capabilities!) Ive enjoyed the formulas most of all. When I discovered this great app that focuses on the formulas with minimal depth of changeability, I found it just the refreshing and straightforward answer to when I want an effect quick and easy. I dont want this to be Stackables, but would like more formulas, more control in the magic fix (contrast/clarity) and more creative framing tools like capabilities to lighten, darken, alter hues, and bleed formulas into frames. Would also like to do double and triple framing. Another fantastic app by Samer Azzam!

I LOVE this app!!! Im even emailing my Nikon photos to myself so that I can use this app instead of Photoshop. I know, Im lazy but time is precious and this app saves me a lot of time and I get great results

What I appreciate about this app is that its not just a bunch of the typical filters you see in almost every photo filter app. I would like to see more choices in the future but there are still plenty to get you going. I definitely recommend giving Formulas a shot if you care about your photos and dont want them to look like every other Instagram post.

The formulas are pretty nice, app support is quick to respond to things and updates for bugs have been pretty fast and effective. The main thing Id like to see in addition to more formulas would be for the specifics to the formulas to be randomized- meaning if you like to use a certain formula that the textures dont appear in the exact same positions within every photo you use it on.

Great filters, easy to use

LOVE IT NOW.This was ok at first but wasnt using it much. Now I love it with stackable much more fun and cant wait to use more. It did take me awhile to figure that to get my stackable formulas to work you must hit the formula button twice and now you apply edit and add more way easier thank you. You have made another great app. Keep it up love all your apps.

Takes up a lot space, but worth it.

Has a dozen or so actions that look mediocre on all my images. Feels like a ripoff of Afterlights image presets and Mextures formulas. Both apps have way more effects than this app. Save your money folks.
